Recently, Chengdu Vistar Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (“Vistar”) has completed Series A financing worth hundreds of millions of yuan and change of registration, which was led by Orinno Capital and followed by Sichuan Tianfu Xinyun Digital Economy Development Fund Co., Ltd., Chengdu Gaotou electronic Information Industry Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Manufacturing Collaborative Development Fund Partnership, Chengdu High-tech Future Technology City Development Group Co., Ltd., Hefei Beicheng Information Technology Kechuang Investment Partnership Corporation, Huaxi Jinzhi Investment Co., Ltd., etc.

Established on August 4, 2020, Vistar is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and sales of TFT-based Micro-LED. Since its establishment, Vistar has been continuously promoting the research and development of Micro-LED technology and products. As early as 2021, Vistar took the lead in building the first pilot production line of Micro-LED in mainland China, from LTPS-driven backplane, huge transfer and repair to full module coverage; in September 2023, Vistar successfully released the world’s first 102-inch P0.5 TFT-based Micro-LED splicing screen and held the  groundbreaking ceremony for the world’s first TFT-based Micro-LED production line. TFT-based Micro-LED products are expected to be delivered in 2024.

After reaching a service intention with Vistar, our lawyers provided full legal services for this round of financing, including getting involved in the negotiation between the parties to the transaction, review and modification of transaction documents, signing contracts and assisting in delivery, and successfully assisted Vistar in completing the financing.
